Most 1886 Carbines have very little condition because they were a tool, and or used every day. to find a carbine with any condition is rare. this SRC has 80% receiver case colors with the left side starting to patina, the barrel and magazine tube has 85% bluing with the bottom of the mag tube having light pitting (bad storage), the bore is a 7 from 1 to 10, the very rare rifle butt stock and forearm are nice with no cracks or chips, the sights are standard carbine. serial number 121xxx received in warehouse Dec 17 1901, letters with Cody. |
