This very rare Winchester Model 1876 is 1 of 2 Governor Generals Body Guards guns known, the receive has 90% bluing, the side plates have 75% blue turning brown, the barrel has 95% blue, the bore is a 7 from 1 to 10 with a small amount of pitting, standard front sight, and military rear sight, very good wood with no cracks or chips, serial number 44xxx made in 1884. |
